Jennifer Newsome, DDS
Dr. Newsome grew up in the Piedmont Triad and graduated from East Davidson High School in Thomasville. She attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she majored in biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During dental school, Dr. Newsome became involved with public health and worked through Mission of Mercy to improve access to dental care in underserved communities.
Dr. Newsome is particularly interested in Cosmetic and Digital Dentistry, as well as Invisalign treatment. She is passionate about patient education and preventative dentistry to help her patients improve their overall oral health. Dr. Newsome strives to ensure that all patients feel comfortable with their treatment and works diligently to provide high quality dental care. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of General Dentistry.
In her spare time, Dr. Newsome enjoys cooking, exercising and spending time with her family. Her husband, Dr. Albert Newsome III, works locally at High Point Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. They have four-year-old twins, Albert IV and Katherine. She is extremely excited and proud to work with such a fantastic team at Newsome Dentistry.
Lee Bass Nunn, DDS
Dr. Nunn specializes in general and cosmetic dentistry with an emphasis on family care. She received her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University, and graduated in 1995 from the North Carolina School of Dentistry. Dr. Nunn was awarded the Grover C. Hunter Award for Academic Excellence in Clinical Treatment of Periodontics and the The American Academy of Oral Medicine Award for proficiency and diagnosis of oral medicine. Dr. Nunn served as Secretary and President for the Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity and was awarded the Zane Eargle Award for outstanding Senior involvement.
Dr. Nunn is actively involved in both dental and community organizations. Dr. Nunn is a past President of the High Point Dental Society. Dr. Nunn is a member of The American Dental Academy, The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the High Point Dental Society.
Dr. Nunn lives in High Point with her husband, Stuart and their two children, Jane and Stuart III. Dr. Nunn is an avid athlete and enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her family and close friends.

Wendy Holt
Wendy has been a certified dental assistant in our office for 26 years. She has two very active children, Emery and Reece. Her free time is spent doing furniture restoration, relaxing at the lake and taking care of her family and friends. Wendy will assist Dr. Newsome with your dental restorations and make sure your appointment is comfortable.

Amy Brown
Amy has been a registered dental hygienist in our office for 16 years. Her husband and two daughters, Maddie and Stella, keep her busy! She enjoys family life and cares deeply for her loved ones. If you need something or can't find it...Amy is the one to ask. She will make sure you understand your dental needs and leave with a clean smile!

Joal Morgan
Joal has been a registered Dental Hygienist in our office for 20 years. If she's not caring for her son, Jaxon at a game, she will be traveling or eating somewhere fabulous. She has a big heart for animals and supports the local animal shelters and rescue groups. Joal will make sure your teeth are clean and teach you the importance of home care.

Renee Grantham
Renee has been working at our office as a certified dental assistant and helping patients check out for 20 years. She is a proud Navy mom to her son, Davis, and her college-aged son, Cameron. Her free time is spent enjoying time with her husband, visiting family and friends or cooking. Renee will help you understand your dental needs and help coordinate your appointments.

Kim Cranford
Kim has been greeting patients with her friendly smile and warm personality for 23 years. She loves her fur babies and helps with the feral cat population. If she's not by the pool, you'll find her in the garden or on her porch reading a novel. When you have an insurance question or want to talk about your upcoming appointment, Kim will be happy to help you!
